 Basic Function:
 To full responsibility and accountability as the key focal contact for a specific product line for the end to end procurement planning, sourcing tracking. Work closely with region product line managers / service delivery managers as well as countries PLM's. ensuring smooth process, transparency and compliance measures are met.
 Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Key Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for managing his / her product line  procurements and orders that he/she is accountable for ensuring  full compliance with all rules and regulations for both the company and country
  2. Collaborate with country PL's to implement best practices to ensure smooth flow of procurement  processes
  3. Identify and address any procurement related issues, discuss with concerned parties and escalate if not resolved within reasonable timeframe
  4. Design strategies, implement methodologies and execute plans to address communication problems between shipping and receiving locations
  5. Coordinate with regional trade compliance team to ensure full implementation of all related trade compliance policies and procedures certifying that only approved vendors are utilized
  6. Always keep open communication channels with PL teams and logistics team in order to optimize the process, minimize/eliminate delays and ensure cost effective operations
  7. Provides managerial leadership, coaching/feedback and development for direct reports and business partners
  8. Responsible for establishing, maintaining and enforcing procurement procedures, system and database in compliance with region preset measures and standards
  9. Clearly understand WFT's short and long term business goals and objectives and ability to align group direction with those objectives
  10. Develop and implement cost reduction plans and continuous improvement in procurement / logistics / supply chain
  11. Maximize all opportunities to leverage synergies in: selection and utilization of transport modality; optimized usage of consolidation locations; and efficient scheduling of transport timing, to ensure the Company receives the best value for the services provided.
  12. management whilst ensuring quality and delivery standards are maintained and improved through the KPI's
  13. Monitor and track monthly vendors KPI's and perform regular vendor performance audit / review and deliver reports to senior management
  14. Adhere to safety / quality procedures in accordance with WFT QHSSE management system  
 
Required Skills:
 
  1. Must be technically oriented.
  2. Strong fiscal disciplines, with the ability to analyze, prioritize and translate results into meaningful financial metrics.
  3. Ability to demonstrate support to region for implementation of procurement strategies and procedures
  4. Ability to outline and communicate effective objectives and action plan
  5. Demonstrate ability to perform root cause analysis and process mapping
  6. Excellent communications and presentation skills
  7. Ability to work under pressure and with limited timeline
  8. Strong data analytical skills.
  9. Working knowledge of major ERP systems - JDE
 
Required Education:
 BSC / Diploma in business, engineering or related education
 
Required Experience:
 0-2 years of experience in supply chain field within multinational environment  and demonstrated competencies
Preferable to have PL / technical back ground.
