Customer facing staff responsible for winning business.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer base and customer CTQs
• Understand and implement the tactics and strategy for selling GEN Services
• Support specialized sales team based in the regions to identify & define opportunities and
drive sales
• Pro-actively promote GE's Service competence to OEM/OOEM customers, and therefore identify business opportunities.
• Provide commercial and technical expertise and assistance in selling in this specific technical field...lead key deals to support the team as necessary with technical depth and commercial expertise
• Be accountable for GEN Service Segment including orders, commitments, cash, penetration, pricing /profitability, risk and customer satisfaction
• Work effectively in a team environment with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Sales and OTR to ensure the most efficient use of all resources
• Drive best solutions for both customer and GE where both product and services sales are being delivered
• Support the maintenance of accurate and current project and opportunity information in Salesforce.com

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business from an accredited university or college
• Minimum 7 years of experience in industry-related engineering, sales, commercial operations or marketing including minimum 5 years in a customer-facing role
