Our client, a leading O&G company based in the Middle East is looking to hire an experienced HR Generalist to join their busy HR team.
Purpose: the main responsibility will be to support the secondment process by reviewing and coordinating joint venture, technical services and secondment agreements ensuring the strategies, objectives and guidelines are met.
- 10 years relevant experience as an HR Generalist within a large Oil and Gas organization.
- Excellent administrative skills
- Proficient in English and Arabic
- Experienced in handling Contracts and Agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
