Job Description
Recruitment:
  • In charge of the whole recruitment process for NP≤11 positions in Guangzhou plant by complying with recruitment KPI.
  • Conduct effective reference check to ensure no problem on previous problem on performance & attitude before hiring.
  • Closely cooperate with the hiring departments, provide professional recommendations &suggestions, help line managers or department managers to choose the right person for right position.
  • Well develop and manage the recruitment channels so that they provide qualified candidates according to the company requirements.
  • Sup port team to carry forward recruitment projects, like branding activities, like Campus Recruitme nt, Open day etc
  • Generate recruitment related reports according to requirements.
  • Good implementation on New Employee Engagement Plan

Com&Ben:
  • Conduct new employee enrollment and departure process
  • Take charge of local staff service on social insurance, supplemental insurance etc
  • Take charge of Documents submission and coordination with Local Tax Bureau, Talent Center, Social Insurance Fund Center and other local government organization.
  • Support and assist on Total Survey with line manager's guidance

Performance Management:
  • Lead and Monitor the EIA process for Guangzhou plant, provide day to day support and coaching to line managers
  • Give professional advices to line managers for performance management and PIP process

Labor Relations:
  • Deal with labor relations disputes effectively under the guideline of TCI HR and Line Manager
  • Work closely with labor union to build up nice working atmosphere & people working relations
  • Regularly report to HR Manager on staff working morale and improve staff engagement and retention by constructive proposals, team building activities, etc.

Training/Internal Communications/People Engagement:
  • Coordinate on training/plant program facilitation and arrangement
  • Support to organize staff communication meeting by quarterly
  • Conduct plant workshop visit at least twice every month to know the people working status
  • Get involved in plant regular business meetings, to know the progresses and challenges, provide good support by taking initiatives on suggestions
  • Work closely with labor union to build up nice working atmosphere & people working relations
  • Regularly report to HR Manager on staff working morale and improve staff engagement and retention by constructive proposals, team building activities

Admin:
  • Regularly maintain and update the notice boards both in production area and office
  • Support designated events or Admin matters to the plant if needed

Other tasks assigned by line manager or plant manager.

Profile sought
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Over 6 years work experience on HR area in multinational companies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, detailed oriented, strong sense of responsibility & confidentiality
  • Can work under big pressure, independently, with good problem-solving skill
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Be familiar with office tools such as word, excel etc
