Job Description

  1. Strictly follow the company HSE standard in daily work
IO OEM Approaching / Business Development:
  1. Cooperate with IO Sales team closely to develop and monitor the targeted key IO OEM customer in china
  2. Developing key IO OEM development &management strategy by segments and cooperate closely with sales team to implement.
  3. Identify the key OEMs, c ommunicate and b uild relationship with them and obviously a special care has to be taken when the company has power of influence in its field.
  4. Leading and Analyzing of the product profit and services
  5. Managing accurately sales forecast on the related segments
Key accounts:
  1. Working closely with IO Marketing and technical team on the OEM product development and technical service in support of the sales department
  2. Cooperate and coordinate with group IOEMs


Profile sought
  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical or Automotive is a plus Fluent in both Oral and written English
  • At least 6 years experience of related business in china, knowledge of IO lubricants will be a plus
  • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in both oral and written English and Chinese Mandrin, French will be a plus
  • Self-learning, self-motivated and Good team work spirit.
