Job Description
  1. Answer incoming phone calls or manage the switchboard
  2. Receive visitors and inform the related department to meet the visitors in time
  3. Manage meeting room booking system in the company and teach employees how to use the online system to book the meeting room
  4. Handling all in/out coming mails including express mail, EMS, regular mail. Record express registration every day
  5. Contact with the property company closely to ensure the office facilities operate smoothly
  6. Play Welcome Board and Company videos. Update the PM2.5 data every day
  7. Book hotel and train/airplane ticket
  8. Be responsible for purchasing and distributing office stationery. Check the inventory twice every month
  9. Print business card for staff
  10. Call taxi for Total guests and employees timely
  11. Summarize monthly work attendance sheet
  12. Help TPA staffs to stamp on the documents and scan to them
  13. Other temporary works.


Profile sought
  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 2 year working experience in similar position in multinational company
  • Good command of English and PC skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, team work spirit
