Role synopsis
The CAS Executive is a supporting role of CAS marketing manager in relevant planning, process control and data analysis.

The position reports to CAS marketing manager to make sure overall CAS, Offer adaption & In-store Branding standardisation process implementation.

Key accountabilities
- Supporting to implementation of CAS planning, CAS offer adaption & in-store branding standardisation process.
- Manages relevant ASP as per agreed budgets
- Monitor implementation of key programmes & performance as per marketing plans to ensure on time, within budget delivery.
- Works closely with CAS Executive of sales team to building capability of agency & Trade Support team to delivery aligned content & KPI
- Understand and fulfil agreed specific Product Quality & Compliance accountabilities which apply to the role, as part of the IWS Marketing role card.
- Develop and implement a systematic approach through the embedding of relevant OMS elements and ensuring appropriate risk reviews are undertaken appropriately.

Essential Education
University degree in Marketing or related discipline

Essential experience and job requirements
- Experience in marketing over 3 years.
- Experience in B2B2C marketing activation
- Experience in information collection and know how to filter, summarize information and transfer it into marketing insight.
- Experience of working with agencies across multiple geography
- Experience of working in CRM marketing
- Auto aftermarket experience desirable but not essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Influence on the economic result through managing / supporting activities of product launch, project delivery and channel activation in market place
- Provide leadership in HSSE, consistent with BP values and the code of conduct

- Utilise the HSSE systems, processes and tools necessary to comply with HSSE policies, plans and standards relevant to the role.
