Tasks:
• Work in globally distributed development project team in Canada, Poland & India;
• Take a high level architecture from the Architect/TPM and convert to a detailed design taking into account good design practices and the required functionality, performance, scalability, reliability etc.;
• Implement the detailed design after review and/or direct other developers in the implementation of the design;
• Develop or direct other in the writing of test plans/cases to verify the products, and execute or direct other in the execution of the test plans/cases;
• Write or direct other in the product and development documentation.

Requirements:
• Computer science degree, Engineering degree or equivalent;
• Senior Developer, 5-8 years of experience;
• Technology proficient in C#/.Net, WPF/XAML, WCF, Javascript, JSON, XML, HTML5, CSS;
• Knowledge of Web Services integration (REST, WSDL/SOAP, XML, JSON);
• Knowledge of C/C++ beneficial;
• Knowledge of OPC (DA, HDA, UA) & COM beneficial;
• Knowledge of 800xA nice to have;
• Knowledge in Decathlon Services Core architecture and design;
• Experience in the development of Decathlon services Accessors;
• Experience in the development of Decathlon Services Apps;
• Experience with Historian/time series databases ;
• User Experience (UX) design/awareness nice to have;
• Experience with creating detailed design from high-level objectives/architectures;
• Experience leading a team: Coaching/mentoring. Driving process using common tools: defect-tracking, agile project management, requirements management; source control (TFS);
• Experience in SQA/Test, either directly or in a leadership role;
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, English-language. Experience writing product documentation.
