We are looking for candidates for the position of LBU Investment Coordinator. Hired person will be responsible for planning, budgeting and managing key investments within multi-business area in order to elevate the production capacity and capability of the factories. Take the ownership of the projects to deliver the scope of the project on time and on the budget.

Tasks:
- Coordinate multiple investments within Lodz LBU area including Machinery, Equipment and Real Estate;
- Negotiate best prices, terms and contractual agreements consistent with the Company's established quality standards and business requirements, conclude formal contracts;
- Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives, benchmarks and analyses based on total cost of ownership (TCO) principles in order to reach financial targets in the investment projects;
- Act as Project Manager of key investments aimed
to increase factories capacity and capability;
- Inform key stakeholders about status of projects, participate in LBU reviews;
- Develop investment plans, future scenarios and prepare business cases for the investments;
- Manage different risks and priorities in order to deliver the project on time and on the budget.

Requirements:
- Technical University Degree;
- Experience in Process Engineering;
- Experience in environment construction and investments will be a plus;
- Ability to coordinate parallel processes and deal with different stakeholders;
- Organizational and Project Management skills;
- Fluency in English and Polish;
- Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work under pressure;
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (strong plus);
- Leadership skills;
- Strategic thinking and ability to create development scenarios;
- Analytical skills and financial acumen;
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
