This role is responsible for Power Services controllership planning and execution. This includes managing the accounting aspects of the legal entity restructuring plan, agreeing the accounting entries that support the legal documents with the Corporate CBS team, Business tax team and third party accounting support for US GAAP, local statutory accounting and Swiss Code.

Essential Responsibilities

- Work with a third party vendor team to reviewing legal documents, developing illustrative journals on US GAAP, local statutory, and Swiss code adjustments.

-Draft accounting based on legal documents, and draft Cross Business Schedules

-Lead cross business step plan accounting meetings consisting of Controllership, Tax, and Treasury.

-Track all steps with accounting and ensure executed and proper supporting documents stored in library

Provide general controllership support to the overall Sputnik project Biz and GOF teams on ledger creation and set up for Biz ERP and GOF ERP

Support ad hoc requests on project Sputnik for controllership from the PS regional teams

"Developing the appropriate resource plan post LE/branch change
with the GOF leadership team to support the additional local activity resulting from the new LE/branch creation

Qualifications/Requirements

- BS Degree Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- 5+ years of finance experience ideally working in a multinational complex global business environment
