The Lead Financing Analyst will be responsible for driving the execution of monetization solutions to accelerate cash flows to GE Power Services by partnering with business units, customers and financing partners.

Essential Responsibilities

• Partner with regional business units to track and drive execution of deal pipeline in order to meet monetization targets
• Provide advisory role during customer contract structuring and negotiations to ensure that transactions meet all requirements for monetization
• Track, monitor and advise on economics for monetization deals to ensure transactions are value accretive
• Partner with Legal and Controllership functions to drive the contract eligibility process to ensure that monetization transactions satisfy all representation and accounting requirements
• Deliver analytics around monetization economics, pipeline performance and other ad hoc requests

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• At least 2 additional years of experience with financial operations and their implementation into the business function

Desired Characteristics

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or Finance from an accredited College or University
• Financial service industry experience
• FMP / Corporate Audit Staff graduate or equivalent program graduate (for internals)
• Prior experience managing a multi-functional Finance organization is preferred
• Certified Public Accountant
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure
• Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute concrete action plans
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
