The Manager -Mobility will lead departmental initiatives and programs as well as serve as a point of escalation for issue resolution. The Manager will lead the operational activities of the GM - Consultant and Coordinators and will also maintain a Consultant case load for executives or key employees.

  • Subject matter expert for administration of all aspects of the global assignment, international transfer and US domestic relocation programs including
    • assignment counseling
    • localizations
    • repatriations & separations
    • basic expatriate taxation
    • home sale
    • relocation/destination services
    • and all services provided by outsourced partners
  • Manage supplier relationships with relocation, tax, immigration and technology partners, ensuring the performance of these suppliers in providing a customer focused approach that is cost effective and compliant
  • Provide policy guidance and counseling to executive management, talent acquisition, HR Business Partners, transferees and global recruitment candidates.
  • Manage internal functional partnerships with Payroll, Legal, A/P, Corporate Tax and Finance
  • Understanding of personal income taxation globally and the principles of tax equalization. Awareness of corporate tax issues and requirements impacted by the mobility of employees
  • Support the year end income reporting and tax assistance processes.
  • Lead, support, advise, coach, and hold accountable GM Staff
  • Collaborate with other Regional GM Managers to drive mutual project management and ensure consistency and alignment
  • Contribute to the community of expertise of the Global Mobility Managers by overseeing programs or initiatives such as policy development and updating, per diem and Goods & Services program benchmarking and recommendations, exception and issue escalation process
  • Ensure internal and external benchmarking is completed including customer satisfaction surveys

    • 3-5 years of supervisory and Leadership experience
    • 3-5 years of advisory/consulting experience
    • No less than 5 years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, or International Human Resources leadership
    • Bachelor's degree - required
    • Demonstrated self- development through professional certifications and programs in relevant subject matter

Candidates MUST be in either the Dallas Metroplex or Houston, no relocation is offered.
