ENERCON Services Inc., doing business for the Federal Government through our wholly owned subsidiary, ENERCON Federal Services (EFS), provides engineering and environmental services to many branches of the Federal Government. With extensive experience in engineering design, nuclear safety, decommissioning and environmental services, we are actively supporting large and small projects throughout the DOE complex. EFS also has current experience supporting operations and decommissioning efforts at US Army Corps of Engineers and National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) facilities.

We are currently recruiting for a Records Management / Document Control Technician to represent ENERCON at a customer site in Piketon, OH (Portsmouth Plant). This position requires a DOE Q Clearance and will be responsible for assisting and supporting management in ensuring that all records & documents are properly controlled & maintained, and that the RMDC operates in a manner that is fully compliant with FBP procedures and all contractual, statutory & regulatory requirements.

Primary duties include :
• Provides technical, administrative and/or functional support to the RMDC team.
• Assigned job duties may support RMDC functional areas such as imaging, tracking, data entry / administration, coordination with other work groups, document location, reporting and related areas.
• Performs basic text input and editing on assigned equipment.
• Aids in design and development of new applications.
• May recommend modifications to existing procedures, systems and methods of operation.
• Operates office automation.
• Performs duties of general/routine complexity in nature.
• Other job related duties as assigned.
• Maintains knowledge of and demonstrates ability to perform work safely in accordance with all approved safety policies, procedures and applicable regulations and performs assigned duties in a safe manner.
• Actively participates in Safety Work Groups.

Minimum Requirements :
• High School Diploma / Equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience
• Basic interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic PC skills including Microsoft software
• Detail oriented
• Currently active DOE "Q " clearance or ability to obtain a DOE "Q" clearance
