TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER

As Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible for the technical sales support for all blue chip clients in automotive. You have a broad view and love to challenge technical standards.

Job description
* Solve problems and identify opportunities in coatings an fibre
* Good knowledge of sales, marketing and manufacturing
* Identify customer needs
* Work with the R&D department,marketing, sales, manufacturing and production to solve customer problems
* Manage and contribute to various interdisciplinary projects
* Passion for overachieving but never lose sight of SHEQ.
* Manage a small team and develop a strategic development plant

A track-record to fit in perfectly
* Master degree in a technical field
* Minimum 5 years of experience within a similar or comparable role
* Team player, problem solver, passionate, driven
* Good understanding of the German and English language (written and verbally)
* Location: Oberhausen, Germany
