JOB TITLE: AX60 Leisure Installation Technical Co-ordinator

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
To project manage technical installation of the Leisure AX60 projects, liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that this project is completed safely, on time and on budget.
1.To manage the AX60 program to finalisation in 2018 to ensure that the installation is carried out safely, on budget and within the requested timescale by working with all relevant internal departments and external contractors.
2.To liaise with the Client installation teams to gain a full understanding and working knowledge of their build plans to ensure that required information is received to ensure a smooth installation process
3.To be responsible for and process all valid Client installation work orders at the relevant status.
4.To technically check and assign appropriate parts and labour to ensure the installations are carried out safely and within budget.
5.To have a thorough knowledge of SAP to enable the correct person and equipment is sent to where required. Using the skills matrix, craft Id's and job ID's where required.
6.To be responsible for the health, safety, welfare and training of all relevant staff. To ensure that your acts or omissions do not create unacceptable safety and health risks to yourself or other persons. To report any shortcomings in the company's safety control measures.
7.To carry out any other reasonable task as requested by an appropriate authority.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The job holder preferably should have ONC/HNC engineering status or equivalent, ideally with a level of experience in drinks dispense gas supply systems to the leisure industry.
Candidates with familiarity with the industry but not the academic qualifications would also be considered.
Good inter-personal and communication skills.
Good IT Skills; Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
Project co-ordination experience.
Attention to Detail on documentation
Able to multi-task as this project is diverse and fast paced.
