Project Manager is responsible for assisting in developing program plans, cost estimates, and associated schedules. Develop work schedules, track project budgets, and coordinate project activities with clients and ROSS personnel. Must be able to independently create and/or review requirements for components and subsystems, troubleshoot and analyze problems, and design solutions for use in particular fluids and types of service. Work with other engineers and skilled technicians in designing or recommending design solutions for planned new systems; evaluate components and materials for use in particular applications; investigate problems or issues with existing components and provide recommendations for solutions. Responsible for overseeing work requests, work orders, purchases, inventory, hazmat, and other ROSS ISO procedures as directed. Ability to function independently within established guidelines.BS degree from an accredited engineering school and five (5) to eight (8) years of engineering experience, or a MS degree from an accredited engineering school and four (4) to six (6) years of engineering experience, or Ph.D. from an accredited engineering school and zero (0) to three (3) years of related engineering experience. Must possess or be capable of obtaining an retaining a Secret Clearance/National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI). Must have a valid CA driver's license and must be able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (10%). Must be able to climb (10%). Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required (100%). Must be able to function within High Noise Level areas as well as round facility and moving equipment.

Work Environment:

Work will be performed both inside and outside depending on the task (72/25%). May be exposed to extreme hot/cold temperature conditions (50%). May be exposed to hazardous conditions at work site (50%). Must be capable of traveling by car/truck (25%).

Equipment & Machines:

Must be able to operate office equipment and machines; copier computer, etc. (25%). Must be capable of operating a car/truck (10%).

Attendance:

Punctuality and regular attendance is required (100%). Some overtime is probable on regular and off days. Must be able to work overtime with as little as one hours advance notice.

Other Essential Functions:

Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with personnel at various levels of the organization as well as the client. Must be able to understand and follow instructions. Must possess leadership and team building skills. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not pose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or to others. Must possess or be capable of obtaining and retaining a Secret/National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI). Must have a valid CA driver's license and must be able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship.
