Join us and become Senior Employer Branding Consultant in People & Development, where you will be part of our global Employer Branding & Communication team. You will be responsible for employer branding with a specific focus on students. The Employer Branding & Communication team is an ambitious team who is dedicated to ensure a step change in the external perception of DONG Energy as a workplace, and at the same time support high employee engagement by communicating the good stories about our workplace both internally and externally.
The department is part of our Group functions which cover Group Support, Group Finance & Services and Group IT. In Group Support, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company.
You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work.
Your key tasks will be to
  • take part in unfolding our new employer branding platform 'Energy at Work'
  • plan and execute targeted employer branding events for different student segments and efficiently manage our external partners
  • develop and execute our social media strategy to further strengthen our employer branding
  • manage HR communication towards the business including development and maintenance of our HR intranet and develop a new manager portal
  • coordinate communication internally, where you will be a key link between our corporate centres of excellence and our HR business partners.
    You will be responsible for arranging various internal events including quarterly knowledge sharing meetings, our annual strategy day etc. In addition, you will guide and coach our office trainee, who will assist you with practical tasks at a daily basis.
    Furthermore, you will assist in establishing a strong link towards our internal audiences to support employee engagement. Your tasks will range widely and be a mix of project work, communication and events. Common to all tasks is that you will ensure successful coordination and high quality in all deliverables.
    Your qualifications and core competences include that you
  • hold a relevant master's degree within communication, marketing, HR or similar
  • have relevant experience from a large corporation, consultancy or agency
  • are a strong communicator who speak and write Danish and English fluently
  • are creative, have strong coordination skills and are motivated by ensuring a positive branding experience
  • are detail-oriented and sets high standards for the quality of your work.
    Moreover, you are able to represent DONG Energy in a highly professional manner and meet both internal and external stakeholders at eye-level. You are ambitious, thrives with working independently as well as in a team and are flexible in peak periods.
    Experience with Employer Branding will be seen as a significant advantage.
