Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer for our Issaquah, WA location. This position is to help design, integrate and verify system level software for an imaging ultrasound system.

Job description
• Responsible for final software integration process to prepare for deployment
• Debug/troubleshoot low level, hardware-close software problems, scripts, code, component/library problems and versioning issues
• Tracks and troubleshoots concerns identified by test teams, Clinical and Service,resolving the source of the problem (base image/infrastructure)
• Creation of documentation that goes together with software releases
• Design and implementation of complex algorithms and solutions to solve cyber security challenges
• Third party software integration


• Excellent knowledge of Win7 and Win8 sys internals and configuration, including basic MS Windows drivers
• Excellent experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, ClearCase and Microsoft Team Foundation Server
• Vast knowledge of scripting environments to automate repetitive processes (Power Shell, Python, Perl)
• Expert knowledge of C++ and C
• Experience with architectural design analysis.

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ year experience as described above.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to talk to different engineering roles that participate in the final system integration process
• Personal initiative to optimize processes
• Work directly with hardware engineers to troubleshoot design problems
• Must have proven ability to support multiple projects and objectives simultaneously and efficiently.
