• Responsible for supporting regional business IT systems and projects. Systems include ERP, SFDC, web applications, mobile applications; Responsible for issue escalation to the regional IT team, driving interlock issues resolution between systems and supporting teams to close, improve end user experience and satisfaction.
• Play the regional coordinator role in the global projects and ensure the smooth project deployment by training, communication and local testing.
• Keep up with the system improvement changes delivered by the central/HQ relevant teams and bring back to the regional users.
• Maintain IT portal by 99.9% uptime and make sure all resources and links are updated timely, collect IT related materials and archive accordingly.
• Organize IT training & sharing to various regional teams on demand in terms of data analytics on Tableau.
• Engage with business teams and stakeholders to well understand their business needs.
• Support IT systems integration in business acquisition, build strong contributor role in business integration IT project, specifically on data lake technology.
• Tableau reports development, maintenance, and regional KPI metrics POC.
• Coordinate with outsourced supplier efforts as required.
• Work with global & regional teams to share best practice across all regions.
• Provide demo and documentation support for Power China Software Solution team in proposals delivery to external customer
• Apply knowledge of statistical modeling, advanced analytics, programming to collect data, recognize patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions, and make valuable discoveries leading to better business decision making.


• Demonstrated history of delivering quality IT projects on schedule
• 5 years of experience in IT project management with broad exposure to software development
• 2 years working in P&L IT teams partnering with business process owners
• 2 years defining and eliciting project and software requirements and designs
• Experience in all phases of global large-scale project/program implementations & ability to work with diverse teams
• Experience in Agile/ Fastworks Development Frameworks
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, influence and organizational skills
• Capable and influential at project management and business process improvements
• Ability to support multiple projects and work with virtual teams in strong matrix environment
• Excellent verbal (English language) and written (English language) communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Strong team player who works to make the entire team successful, regardless of reporting lines; not bound by strict role description, embraces responsibility shifts during project evolution
• Self-starter, able to work independently, takes initiative
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
• Possess strong problem solving & analytical skills
• Ability to lead requirement, complex process definition workouts across cross functional teams
• Experience in conducting internal IT process reviews and audits
• Familiar with bank background system

• Background with global solutions implementation/rollouts, with hands-on experience designing & implementing "out-of-the-box" solutions
• Knowledge of interface and data conversion tools/ technologies, such as Oracle Fusion Middleware, Webmethods, Informatica, Talend, SOA, BackOffice, ODI
