The primary focus for this role is to implement various new and existing NPI programs, in support of commercial product development, ranging from delivering analytics & visualization platforms to implementing time series historian systems. In partnership with the Customer Engagement lead, acts as central point of contact during the Sales (post-contract signed phase) and Implementation project phases.

Essential Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful
implementation of a solution all renewable energy digital projects. The
Professional Services Leader will drive the client implementation and will be
involved in the development of several key implementation deliverables (e.g.,
project/staffing plan, issue logs, etc.) and work with the Client project
manager and partner. He/She will also be responsible for managing the agreed to
budget and delivering the project profitably.


In this role, you will:


  • Coordinate multiple, simultaneous software &
    infrastructure implementation projects, initiatives and assignments with broad
    scope and high impact to our customers
  • Manage complex technology programs to facilitate the
    harvesting, ingestion and digestion of equipment operating and market data
    through smart analytics and visualization solutions
  • Partner with engineering, product management and customers
    to deliver commercial products, supporting Industrial Internet initiatives,
    aimed at driving customer value and growth for the renewable energy business
    units
  • Serve as the implementation lead for commercial software
    & analytics deployment at a customer site
  • Be responsible, as a consolidated escalation point, for
    overall customer solution delivery across operations and services delivering a
    single service solution
  • Lead & execute deployment activities, including
    production release, testing & validation
  • Maintain effective working relationship with customers /
    users, stakeholders, vendors and partners to integrate programs into overall
    strategic objectives
  • Partner with shared technical and business resources
    (Product, Technology, Commercial, and Support) to effectively deliver and
    support solutions
  • Work as a business partner with client leaders and users to
    evaluate/improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective
    solutions for business process efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure timely, consistent and, accurate responses to client
    queries, escalations, concerns or complaints
  • Drive improvements and initiatives in partnership with
    relevant stakeholders or business owners to resolve delivery issues, failures
    or adverse feedback from clients
  • Build and develop awareness of the commercial and strategic
    value of the client within business leadership and senior management
  • Conduct reviews across all products and services to ensure
    continuous client focus, commitment and engagement
  • Oversees key implementation functions, such as the
    development and execution of client implementation project plans and schedules,
    coordination with external vendors to obtain required data and services










































Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,
  • Software Engineering or Engineering from an accredited
    College or University
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with client facing service
  • delivery roles
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading and managing large
  • & complex business programs
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience leading implementation
    team or working with partners to drive implementation
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business systems
  • analysis and support including working with all aspects of
    software development
  • lifecycle (requirements to post release validation)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with infrastructure
  • (networks, servers, security, databases)
  • Strong familiarization and / or experience with the
    following: Java/Python, JavaScript+,
    Polymer+, Angular+, System Integration, including REST APIs/WebServices,
    OPC(DA|UA), Modbus, OT protocols, Historian Knowledge, OSI PI, Proficy Historian,
    SQL (language and general data base info, IE SQL Server, Oracle,
    PostgreSQL,etc), UAA/OAUTH/SAML,JSON,XML, XSLT.
    Data Integration (ETL) is preferred to drive implementation of product

  • Experience with delivering commercial platforms for
    industrial business in energy markets
  • Experience with plant operations and management systems,
    trading & risk management systems or energy market systems
  • Experience working with ISOs, balancing authorities, power
    generating entities or load servicing entities
  • Outstanding program management & leadership skills.
  • Passionate about driving change/influence across cross
    functions
  • Ability to translate strategic direction into tactical
    deliverables
  • Experience working with program management methodologies
    (i.e. Agile, SDLC)
  • Strong technical (software & infrastructure) skills
  • Black Belt certified or equivalent quality certification
  • Ability to use Six Sigma tools and techniques to drive
  • change
  • ITLP graduate or equivalent leadership program graduate
