This role holder is a member of PMx L3 Support team responsible for resolution of complex incidents, delivery of routine changes and small change requests including proactive problem management and knowledge management.

Essential Responsibilities

  • L3 Service delivery for Business Warehouse / Business Object,

  • Senior Solution Expert regards Business Warehouse/Business Object - Back and Front End,

  • Delivers expertise to enhancements , projects (Change Requests),

  • Support the SAP deployment strategy based on Release Management,

  • Support the SAP HANA on BW,

  • Document based on agreed process / procedures,

  • Active participation in analysis, development, implementation and maintenance/support of company solutions based on SAP BW technologies,

  • Responsibility for configuration, documentation and testing SAP applications due to functional and technical requirements.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Degree in information technology or business economic (or equivalent in knowledge/experience),

  • Already first experience in SAP BW 7.0 design, realization and delivery,

  • Fluency in English,

  • Willingness and ability to work in a multinational and multilingual environment,

  • Flexibility, optimistic attitude and resilience,

  • Customer-oriented team player with intercultural competence,
