The Senior Tax Manager, Power Transfer Pricing will be responsible for working with the GE Power businesses to establish transfer prices for all internal sales of products, services and intellectual property and to optimize the group's position. You will integrate and develop transfer pricing processes that meet business needs across the organization. You will also work on long-term planning.

Essential Responsibilities

The Senior Tax Manager, Power Transfer Pricing demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.
In addition, you will:

•Serve as a business partner to the operating and finance teams to ensure compliance with international transfer pricing guidelines, lead business tax initiatives, and drive profitability
•Partner and participate in global planning-continuous optimization of existing and new inter-company transactions, as well as special projects related to restructuring and acquisitions
•Develop transfer pricing operating plans / forecasts / reviews / reports
•Develop and implement transfer pricing policies & procedures
•Review and assess transfer price risk under FIN48
•Perform internal transfer pricing audits
•Assist in the development of strategies in defense of local country statutory transfer pricing audits
•Ensure controllership and consistency of transfer pricing process across the operations, drive controllership awareness and processes through operations teams and ensure finance compliance
•Develop and drive consistent and effective implementation of new accounting standards that impact transfer pricing
•Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to transfer pricing
•Establish transfer pricing processes and metrics to measure the accuracy and integrity of the business transfer pricing policies
•Drive efficient utilization of software tools, processes and procedures for calculating transfer price


•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
•Significant experience in a financial and / or tax position
