We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to be based in downtown Minneapolis. This position will require working 6-15 hours/week during academic periods, with the ability work additional hours during non-academic periods based on departmental work load. First consideration will be given to graduates of the Legacy I3 program.
The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with various responsibilities including, but not limited to:
  • Processing legal requests
  • Tracking military hires
  • Performing job outreach to diverse organizations & college campuses
  • Participate in recruiting events
  • Co-managing job requisitions (help with screening applicants for qualifications, etc.)
  • Long and short-term departmental initiatives
  • Scheduling interviews  
    Active college/university student
    Ability to work 6-15 hours/week during academic periods
