RWE npower require a Senior Advisor to join their Customer Relationship Team within npower Business Solutions.

This is a full time role to be based in our Oldbury office.

Role description and what were looking for:

Within the role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our key customers are serviced to the highest standard. You will work alongside a Customer Manager providing support to them by producing reports, answering the telephone and taking customer queries. You will be asked to handle end-to-end complex issues within a customer portfolio to tailored requirements. Within the role you will also have the opportunity to be part of project work and to attend customer meetings.

You will be required to develop and maintain excellent relationships with both our customers and across teams; as such we are looking for people with excellent communication skills with a demonstrable track record of building and maintaining relationships. Ideally you will come from a customer service background where you have dealt with customer queries and maintained accurate data. You should be able to work on your initiative and enjoy taking ownership of work. Additionally you should have commercial awareness and be able to recognize factors that may affect both our business and our customers.
