This position will support two primary functions, (1) Local Registration Authority (LRA) within Cyber Security Division, Code 7.2.6, and (2) Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) support the senior ISSO for Corporate Data Center/Division, Code 7.2.4. LRA Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Perform and manage all LRA services for the SIPR, Development, and other identified networks/i nfrastructure within the NAWCWD organization.
• Meets production and quality quotas
• Provide IA and NMCI general support.
• Collects and presents data for briefings and presentations
• Maintains accurate records and total accountability
• Responds courteously and accurately to customers
ISSO Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Assisted with the consolidation of IA boundaries.
• Assisted in the development and maintenance of all required documentation, including but not limited to the certification and accreditation documentation required for the client's systems.
• Communicate with customers as required to obtain necessary information
• Maintain a basic knowledge of all IT systems, system functional requirements, hardware and software within the client's enclave
• Manage time and prioritize tasks
• Assist with maintaining DIACAP/RMF documentation in eMASS
• Report assigned project status to contractor and government leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking status of all assigned projects in identified databases.
• Assist with maintaining DADMS information for client's software.

Assist clients with developing and maintaining IA and IT programs required to establish and maintain compliance with DoD directives.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Position requires two (2) years of college work in a computer science or related discipline, two (2) years of experience in a data processing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience, an active interim or final Secret Security Clearance, and a current CompTIA Security+ or higher level IA certification. Candidates must be able to prioritize tasks, deliver solutions on time and work independently and on teams. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, track, manage, learn new skills, and communicate orally and in writing is required. A good understanding of Information Technology and Information Assurance would be a plus. Attention to detail and superb organization skills are a must for this position. Individual will manage the Local Registration Authority (LRA) process and issue network tokens for assigned networks. Experience with providing IA or IT support to a Navy or USMC client is highly desirable. Previous experience with system administration is a plus. Proficiency with using the Internet and with Microsoft Office products including e-mail, Word, Excel, Access and Project is required.

This position is a Jacobs position and may be assigned to a teammate company (eLe, NDTI).

Criticality of Attendance

• Normal hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm, non-flex Fridays 7:00am to 4:00pm

• Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines

• Position is full time

• Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance required

• Completion of required certifications required within six (6) months of hire date

• Requires the ability to possess a government CAC Card

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain an interim and a permanent U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance required
