We are currently seeking a Turnaround Planner / Scheduler to join our team at ExxonMobil's Fawley Refinery. The largest refinery in the UK, Fawley is a combined refining, lubricants and chemicals manufacturing site.

About the Role
The purpose of the role is to provide consolidated work plans and schedules for planned plant turnarounds (maintenance events). The key responsibilities of the Turnaround Planner & Scheduler will be:
  • To prepare a consolidated plan that includes reviewed and agreed inspection, process operation and project work remits
  • To provide detailed supporting information on work requirements, hours, pre-event actions and work execution plans
  • T o fully integrate the turnaround plan with any other programmed work that may be occurring
  • Track T/A progress through execution and to set clear priorities for the execution team

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience required
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
  • A good general education to at least GCSE level. GCSEs should be of grades A-C and must include English Language and Maths
  • A trade skill, preferably with a relevant qualification
  • Prior experience of planning and scheduling - all industry experience will be considered
  • A thorough working knowledge of Primavera
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office

Experience of working in a manufacturing environment and of supporting turnaround events is preferred.
