A leading Manufacturer is looking to grow its team of Process Engineers. You will sit in a team and be responsible for and given complete ownership of a specific processing line. This will require you to have good problem solving techniques as you will be troubleshooting, improving processes, and validating machinery whilst interacting with the production team.

Key Skills

  • Problem solving using proven tools and techniques (RCA, 8D etc)
  • Experience in Materials or Mechanical Engineering, the company will also consider people from a chemical background
  • At least a two years' experience in a process engineering role

The Bridgend based company are not looking for someone to continue processes as they are but for someone who can make an impact in the business and take the product and efficiency of their processes to the next level. This is a role for someone with an Engineering mind set who strives to improve both the company and themselves and in the process assist in achieving the goals of this global company.
