The Lead Sales Specialist - Sales Operations Onshore Wind will be responsible for operating activities and processes that support the sales organization achieve business objectives and achieve consistency across the globe. You will drive initiatives to improve programs and work cross functionally to implement.

Essential Responsibilities

As the Lead Sales Specialist - Sales Operations Onshore Wind, you will:
• Lead and coordinate ITO (Inquiry to Order) operating rhythms (regional meetings) both internally and with external functions (Make-a-Deal) in coordination with the Sales General Manager
• Ensure ITO quality objectives are met and adhered to globally
• Leverage the Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform to drive sales effectiveness, ITO planning and forecasting, productivity analysis (Tableau reporting) and business reviews
• Drive consistency and efficiency into ITO risk processes globally
• Partner with IT (Information Technology) team to deliver simple yet modern solutions


• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, or technical experience
