Under limited guidance, the position is responsible for monitoring and improving plant performance and plant processes.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develops, tracks, and reports indicators related to production processes
  • Leads analysis, tracking, and reporting of unit thermal performance
  • Leads Root Cause Analysis efforts for unplanned outages and reliability events
  • Leads condition assessment activities and results analysis (vibration, lubrication, and thermography)
  • Coordinates Change Management/Management of Changes activities and implementation tracking
  • Quality champion-Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years power plant experience OR minimum of 7 years power plant experience
