The Service department mission is to execute the commissioning and maintenance of the turbines according to best practices enabling WTG owners to maximize production output at a competitive cost level while at the same time observing contractual obligations and the overall requirements to safety, quality, performance, and not least customer loyalty. Furthermore it aims to secure world class customer relationship, leading to increased Customer Satisfaction and renewal of service contracts

The Scheduler role into the Service Organization will:
Plan in an efficient, proactive and effective manner the strategies, tasks, schedules and resources required to meet the production and quality goals of the Service Department in the region/sites he is dedicated to work with.

  • Planning and organizing maintenance works, definition of resources for all wind farms in the region
  • Monitoring, detecting and communicating the mid and long term service needs in the region.
  • Reviewing, following up, updating and closing service orders in the region.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the deviation in the operations and service orders and contribute to the definition of improvements for time and quality of the service operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment with the service operations in the region.

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably engineering/Admin related studies).
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role and similar industry.
  • Experience in planning and programming of maintenances and resources.
  • Ideally in an industrial environment or in the energy sector.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable but is not a must. Transactions related to service orders and resources.
