Jacobs is seeking an IT Project Manager with TS/SCI polygraph to manage two teams of both Acquisition officers and Software Fulfillment Personnel. Additional duties include:
  • Approves all Human Relations (HR) related items and facilitate interactions between HR and personnel.
  • Assess overall performance of the Jacobs team, perform progress monitoring and reporting and identify potential problem areas for resolution
  • Provide input on the monthly Program Management Reviews to upper management
  • Prepare briefing slides to Government upper management on performance metrics
  • Primary Point of Contact for the customer regarding all Jacobs work.
  • Work closely with the government oversite managers, both Software Acquisitions and Software Fulfillment. Ensure all requirements are being met by each member of the team which may result in the opening of more positions
  • Work with Government oversight proposing new processes for efficiencies and outsourcing of the work to the company
  • Ensure that all projects are set up and executed in a manner consistent with company and government expectations, policies and procedures and that all appropriate quality assurance (QA) requirements are in place Plan and direct process improvements within the software fulfillment area.
  • Organize, monitor and adjust as necessary the allocation of the work and staffing between the team members to meet specific performance metrics.
  • Interview and hire personnel for new and existing positions
  • Oversee the team to ensure Quality Customer Service
  • Support, develop, mentor, assign and aid all employees
  • Hands-on working of escalated customer issues, in Software Fulfillment area and Software Acquisitions
  • Monitor and manage the Standard Operating Procedure documentation to facilitate efficiencies within the area.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI Polygraph Required

  • Minimum of two (2) years college or vocational training in area of specialty plus fourteen (14) years relevant experience; Bachelor's Degree desired
  • 8 to 10 years' experience
  • Management experience leading a team
