• Own the Technical aspect of the Proposal, from analysis of Customer technical inquiry, to develop and conduct winning technical strategy, technical proposal development and on-time delivery
• Lead overall technical disciplines in the Proposal Team, to bid, clarify and close the negotiation
• Accountable for high quality & accurately cost technical proposals, sustaining profitable and executable orders
• Lead R2/R3 technical modules ( Eng RAMP, Emission ...)
• Supports Sales in closing orders by providing technical expertise and timely response to Customer
• Lead the technical ITO/OTR handoff and support Customer kickoff meetings
• Participates initiatives aimed to improve proposal cycle time, proposal quality, technical Risk analysis and TR&S etc.
• Participate in Quality initiatives within ITO to drive process rigor, NPS and other improvements to the overall ITO process
• Support achievement of Commercial Team metrics related to orders and margins for PG


• Deep domain expertise in GT and GTCC plant
• Open to learn, open to change, have willingness to walk from comfortable zone
• Fluent communication in both Chinese and English
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college
• Minimum 8 years' experience in power generation industry, among which at least 5 year experience in Engineering or Manufacturing
• Strong accountability and Self-starter with leadership and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel and work intensively
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to perform effectively in a non-hierarchical, team-type environment
