Do you want to be the "right hand" person for two Senior Vice Presidents in Vestas? Are you motivated by providing excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support, and ready for the next level with more responsibility and advanced tasks? Vestas is looking for more than a traditional Executive Management Assistant - so if you consider yourself to be an Executive Management Assistant version 2.0, this is a great opportunity for you.

You will be supporting two executives: Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Planning and Senior Vice President of Global Construction. Your desk will be placed in the Supply Chain Planning department which is characterized by being very dynamic and energetic. It is an impulsive environment which ensures that two days are never the same.

Hopefully you are up for any challenges and have a can-do attitude, because the job will contain many different tasks. However your main responsibilities are:
  • Ensuring follow-up on tasks for Senior Vice Presidents, incl. timely delivery of Senior Vice President required information from respective teams and stakeholders
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Assisting and coordinating budget related matters in collaboration with Finance business partners
  • Various communication tasks - e.g. Town Hall presentations and Newsletters
  • Calendar and Travel Management: organizing and maintaining calendars, making appointments, identifying and resolving calendar conflicts
  • Meeting Management: planning and organizing meetings, anticipating meeting needs consistent with Senior Vice Presidents' calendars and finalizing arrangements for space, food and other accommodations
  • Expense Management: submitting and processing expense reports in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy

  • 4 years of administrative experience supporting executive level roles incl. heavy calendar management, travel arrangements, report and presentation development, expense management, answering phones, processing mail, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
  • Proven experience proactively anticipating needs of executives and setting priorities
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  • Experience working for a large global organization preferred
  • Fluent in written and oral English

Additional information
Primary work location will be Copenhagen, DK. Aarhus is also possible as the primary work location with 1-2 days in Copenhagen each week.
