As HR Services Specialist for Compensation and Benefits your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:

- Manage teams with focus on effective operational execution, be responsible for the short to mid-term operational and tactical team activities;
- Assure quality and accuracy of HR processes by monitoring the execution, oversee the team organisation and appropriately allocate work and assignments to the involved individual team members;
- Oversee analysis of HR transactions and highlight discrepancies and anomalies for correction;
- Identify, recommend and assist in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains;
- Lead internal control over HR transactions along with HR Delivery Manager;
- Assure people development by providing regular coaching and training to the team members and act as Subject Matter Expert for the assigned HR Services;
- Ensure a positive working relationship within the team and with external customers by measuring customer/ employee satisfaction and developing on them;
- Show customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to service the customers in a "can do" attitude while delivering HR Service support to HR community, managers and employees;
- Fully manage human resource planning, selection, development and periodic performance review of team members.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- 6-9 years of experience in HR function;
- At least 3 years of experience in a core C&B role;
- Experience in directly handling a team for at least 1 year;
- Completed degree in higher education (BA);
- Proficient in business English and Italian;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills;
- Excellent team handling and delegations skills;
- Customer service orientation;
- Collaborative and conflict resolving approach to stakeholder management;
- Complete understanding of different aspects of Comp & Ben as a function;
- Hands-on experience of working on ERP preferably SAP and other analytic tools and techniques;
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle different initiatives at the same time;
- Strategic thinking & keeping regular updates of industry awareness;
- Ability to create learning atmosphere among team members;
- Ability to create & leverage networks within the organization;
- Strong analytical skills.

In addition, the following would be preferable:

- Prior experience in an HR Business Partner role;
- Experience in HR Shared Services for a Global Company;
- Master or postgraduate studies in HR;
- Complete knowledge of C&B practices & methodologies.
