Following a recent internal announcement, which communicated the growth of the npower back office structure we are extending multiple management roles to the external market.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high profile team with some exciting challenges ahead.

Role description Reporting to the Head of Asset and Industry the Agent Management and RF Manager will support the Domestic segment in leading npower to an industry differentiating cost control position through proactive management of Agent Management and RF Performance metrics.

The role will play a key part in defining our meter reading strategy and shaping the service to ensure it meets the needs of npower.

You will:

Lead a team of both operational and analytical resource to enhance npowers NHHDC and read performance processes

Enhance npowers settlement and billing position, mitigating the compliance impact to RF

Deliver multi million pound benefits to npower

Identify trends and manage risks and opportunities to maximise commercial benefit and improve customer service

Provide clear and direct leadership to the operational and analytical teams

Skills and experience Working knowledge of utilities industry registration, metering and settlement processes

Experience of managing analytical teams both onshore and offshore in a target driven, multi-skilled environment.

Ability to manage conflicting priorities (business, partners and peers) utilising proven stakeholder management skills

Previous experience driving and delivering against long term strategy

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Excellent IT skills (including good working knowledge of all MS Office systems, especially MS Access

Ability to establish and develop mutually productive working relationships with all stakeholders.

Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate those around to achieve excellent standard performance.

Good coaching and support skills with the ability to recognise and develop individuals potential.

Ability to set stretching targets and to motivate teams and individuals to meet such targets.
