Reporting into the Senior Strategy and Planning Manager, this is a key role where you will be responsible for developing and planning campaign strategies and measurements for brand, acquisition, retention and cross-sales activities. You will also work closely with the wider commercial team providing a marketing insight for product and project development including advising around the product journey communications and contact strategy for the relevant products.

Role Description This new role is for a planner who can provide strategic input to integrated campaigns incorporating offline, digital and social touchpoints. We are looking for a Planner with excellent communication skills, who can express complex ideas clearly and be a strategic influencer. In this role you will work closely with key stakeholders in the Commercial & Marketing function to develop marketing plans and campaigns to ensure business objectives are being hit. You will work closely with the various channels to agree performance measurement metrics and ensure robust reporting is in place and you will also take a lead in developing channel strategy plans across the product range to ensure response is maximized. You will take shared accountability for realizing strategic goals and direction established by the business strategy and work closely with the data and MI teams to define target audiences to asses any potential opportunities. Identifying and evaluating innovating communication opportunities to help drive business objectives is also a key part of this role. You will plan, manage and delivery ad hoc marketing projects as and when required too. As well as having a strong background in integrated marketing across a variety of channels including CRM, data marketing, direct mail and digital and youll be a creative thinker with a desire to uncover new approaches and ideas and apply them to your work

Skills and Experience Strategic and operational experience in a B2C marketing function

Strong stakeholder management skills

Experience in driving direct response campaigns

Experienced developing customer informed product propositions

Ability to manage and interrogate data, analysing outcomes and driving continuous improvement activity

Implementation of high impact marketing plans

Ability to evaluate segmentation and targeting strategy
