The HR Interns will be assigned to one of our OneHR Functional teams to support and possibly lead a variety of projects within that team. These challenging HR projects will help expand their knowledge as well as utilize their skills and strengths.

CH2M's world headquarters in Englewood Colorado is in search of a Human Resources intern. Our internships are 10-12 weeks in length. Successful internships serve as a talent pipeline into our HR Rotational program. As a company, CH2M turns challenges into opportunities and we expect our interns to do the same. As an intern you will be assigned to one of our HR centers of excellence such as Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, or Talent Management & Development etc. and given challenging assignments, learning opportunities, exposure to leadership, and access to our current HR Rotational Staff.
 
CH2M's Human Resources Rotational Program is a 2 to 3 year program where high potential professionals complete assignments in multiple HR functions. The principle objective of this rotational program is to accelerate the development of early career HR professionals. This is accomplished through 6 to 9 month long rotations within various HR functions. These rotations are designed to enable rotational program members to rapidly cultivate knowledge of CH2M from both an organizational and HR perspective. Rotational staff members will be given assignments of increasing responsibility, challenge, and scope as they progress through the program and demonstrate their ability to perform in the assigned roles.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's in Human Resources or MBA with concentration in HR academic program
  • 0-2 years experience in Human Resources
  • GPA of 3.0 or above

  • Proven experience with dealing with ambiguity and problem solving
