Thomas Thor Associates are working with a global organization in the nuclear industry who are looking for a Business Development Consultant in Decommissioning to support them on securing strategic programmes of work. Essentials: • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the nuclear industry • Hands on experience of reactor decommissioning (preferably PWR or BWR) – ideally, having successfully led a defined aspect of the decommissioning • Demonstrable record of achievements (eg. improvements in cost/ schedule/quality of delivery) would be desirable to support credibility. • Safety must be a core quality and priority • Self-starter and proactive, but able to work within a team • Good communicator, networker, relationship builder • At least competent in conversational Japanese – willing to develop language capability to next level if not fluent. • Willing to travel and potentially relocate to Japan Thomas Thor Associates is a recruitment and consulting organisation dedicated to the nuclear industry.
