We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Success Factors Lead Analyst on our Global Total Rewards team at our headquarters location in Cranberry Township, PA.  The successful candidate can expect to be responsible for the following:
  • This role provides professional evaluation and analysis to a variety of Human Resources areas to support and improve HR's Success Factors systems and processes; serves as a HR system subject matter expert (SME) for Human Resources and actively engages with HR  teams to find solutions to their process & system needs, enables and manages change in Success Factors system & processes, champions continuous improvement efforts,  addresses complex reporting requests, and troubleshoots daily system issues.
  • Responsible for identifying, addressing and resolving issues within various Success Factors modules and processes including data processing/system functionality/interface issues between various HR and IT systems. Partners with HRIS Analysts, IT, and/or other HR resources to resolve both data and non-data issues. Partners with Success Factors Partners and HRIS to efficiently and effectively address customization requests.
  • As SME for SuccessFactors systems, provide evaluation, analysis, and recommendation to meet internal customer needs. Develop and execute Requirements, Development, Testing plans and plans for implementation of appropriate solution and follow through to successful completion. Key customers include global HR and HR COE's.
  • Lead and/or provide guidance around quarterly system updates released by Success Factors, developing a decision process around decisions to accept changes, as well as maintaining testing plans to ensure no impact to existing processes.
  • Provide complex reporting assistance in support of compliance, business analytics & inquiry reporting.

Job Requirements
The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technology discipline and minimum 2 years of Success Factors experience. Alternatively, consideration may be given to those with 10 plus years of relevant progressively responsible experience
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience with the technology tools that support HR functions including SAP HCM PA/OM/ECM modules, Success Factors Learning, Performance, Compensation, Succession Planning and Employee Central.
  • Highly adaptable, flexible, and organized results oriented individual who demonstrates; strong drive for continuous improvement, ability to learn and understand business processes supported by HR systems, strong sense of urgency, importance of "right first time", effective prioritization of tasks and efficient communication.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high level of attention to detail. Ability to evaluate information from various channels, determine relevancy, and incorporate learnings into decision making process. High level of problem solving ability and demonstrates ability to proactively identify/address concerns before issues arise.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate processes for continuous improvement opportunities, make recommendations for options/possible solutions and implement plan to achieve improvements. Provides customers clarity around options and impacts of choices, and assists customer in formulation of requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage and successfully complete medium scale projects. Skilled in all aspects of project leadership. Proven team player who can works across all functional teams efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft Suite applications. Ability to acquire and apply new skills quickly and effectively
