HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. Job requires regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.

Essential Responsibilities

- Act as a first point of contact for employees & managers
- Provide leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.
- Be responsible for all HR activities for Power business in Changwon Site including C&B, recruitment, talent developments, learning & development planning, performance development
- Handle employees' grievances and be an advocate of employees
- Drive for employee engagement
- Become a part of Integration process in HR area

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Employee Human Resource Management. Effective communication both in writing and verbal
