The Wind Services Collections and Commercial Administrator will be responsible for leading the collections activity for the Renewable Energy Parts and Services business. Additionally, you will be the gatekeeper for Master Customer data and act as point-of-contact for the Know You Customer (KYC) process as necessary for Parts-related customer set-up.

Essential Responsibilities

As the Collections and Commercial Administrator, you will:
• Obtain and maintain tax exempt certificates as well as identifying improvements to streamline the identification of tax exempt status at the time of invoicing
• Lead accounts receivables activities and determine plan for resolution of outstanding balance issue
• Review aging past dues reports for the Services and Parts teams, and prioritize customers to target resolution
• Create metrics package to track and reduce the number of days that past dues are outstanding, including report-out to Parts & Services leadership
• Communicate account status to internal clients, including progress reports relative to current and forecasted collections
• Facilitate dispute resolution through close coordination with the parts fulfillment center, including support through interfacing with the part returns process
• Interface with sales and fulfillment to administer and ensure awareness of any credit hold issues
• Act as subject matter expert for customer legal entities and Master Customer data; maintain and update as appropriate
• Be the Point of Contact for the Know Your Customer process as necessary for Parts related customer set up
• Support implementation of Oracle R12 upgrade


• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 3 years of collections or customer service experience including a minimum of 3 years of data analysis experience with Excel
