We are currently seeking a mid- to senior-level Quality Assurance Engineer to join our QA team in our Kennesaw, GA Headquarters. Reporting to the Corporate Manager of Quality Assurance, the QA Engineer will assist with and provide for the planned and systematic approach to the company's Quality Assurance Program by ensuring that corporate programs and products conform to established requirements.

Primary Duties:
• Lead and Perform Internal and External Audits and Surveillances
• Lead and Perform External Audits of Suppliers
• Perform Project Document Reviews and Provide Document Review Oversight
• Exercise Corrective Action Program Oversight / Facilitate Performance Indicator Development & Monitoring
• Maintain & Enhance Quality Assurance Program Attributes (ASME/ANSI NQA-1-2008 / NQA-1a-2009)
• Develop & Support an ISO 9001-2015 Program
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelors' degree from an accredited college/university in scientific discipline
• At least six (6) years of applicable experience; nuclear power industry experience preferred
• Prior experience in effectively leading and supervising individuals preferred
• Ability to effectively speak and communicate issues with senior management personnel
• Possess a practical knowledge of engineering methods and techniques with the ability to read and interpret engineering and design plans and specifications
• Prior experience & certification as a Lead Auditor per ANSI N45.2.23 and/or NQA-1, 1994, Basic Requirement 2, Supplement 2S-3 is preferred
• Ability to travel approximately 15-25%; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks
