CH2M have been appointed to perform Site Supervision services on a number of regional water projects   to include tunneling works.

DUTIES • Develop, maintain and update Programme Level Schedule and other schedules as needed at the Programme level (including use of Primavera P6 for sequencing, time, cost and resource loading) • Review, validate and monitor Contractors’ and Consultants’ baseline Primavera P6 schedules  • Coordinate with site Inspectors and Engineers to establish progress or delays against key activities and percentage completion • Map Bills of Quantities items and amounts to cost loaded schedules and develop monitoring and reporting measurement techniques • Coordinate with supply chain schedulers to establish an integrated and rigorous progress measurement • Monitor and report on resource loaded schedules to establish trends, variances and resources inc. Earned Value, Risk Alerts and Change Notices. • Assist in preparation of reports and other related deliverables to client e.g. • Prepare Earned Value assessment, Estimate at Completion, CPI and SPI at various levels of the supply chain • Assist in preparation and update of monthly and quarterly summary dashboards for different levels of management
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE • University Degree in Engineering, Accounting or related field • More than 10 years’ post graduate scheduling experience in programme / project management and delivery of major projects • Extensive knowledge in costing tools • Experienced in Primavera P6, MS Project and other scheduling tools • Fluent in written English • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel • Middle East experience would be highly preferred   SKILLS
