#Education and Qualifications - Minimum Expectations
- Maths and Science A Levels or International Equivalent
- Preferably Masters Degree with additional Business Qualification
- Accredited & Recognised Engineering School UK or International

# Skills & Desirable Experience - Mandatory & Beneficial
- Minimum of 15 Years Delivering Multidisciplinary Turnkey Projects & Managing Multidisciplinary Teams
- Significant Experience in Pre Construction and Construction or alternatively Consulting/Contracting Environments
- Fully Conversant and High Familiarity With Design and Build Of Integrated Facilities & Services (Process Knowledge Will Be Beneficial)
- Experience Within Hi Tech Niche Sectors Working On A Single Project CAPEX Range from Thousand's £ to £100M
- Familiarity With Design, Build, Operate and Maintain Lifecycle Offers and Solutions
- Exceptional Track Record of Team Management, Development and Mentoring Working With Designers/Design Teams
- Highly IT Literature and Conversant With A Range Of IT Tools/Systems for Role Success

- Management of Technical Department Multidisciplinary Manager's
- Working Closely With Development and Delivery Team Manager's To Provide Standardisation/Consistency Of Technical Work Practices & Seamless Integration Across the Bid & Project Lifecycle Through Development Of Systems As Appropriate
- Development and Mentoring of Technical Department Manager's & Team's
- Leadership of Technical Function working closely with the Deputy Managing Director to Develop and Implement strategies To Identify, Update & Refresh Organisational's Technical Skills, Capabilities and Competences
- Management, Delivery and Monitoring of Technical Department Key Performance Indicator's
- Reporting To Deputy Managing Director (Responsible for Development, Technical and Innovation Department's)
