A successful and vibrant market-leading company who design and manufacturing all their work in-house at their site Near Newbury are looking for a Production Engineer to join their business at an exciting time of the companies' development.

Based near Newbury, the site offers the latest, and consistently updated, manufacturing, design facilities, and employ only the best candidates within their respective fields. The requirement, at present is for a Production Engineer that has arisen due to the growth in demand the company has witnessed over the last few months and continuous commitment to carry on doing so.

As production engineer you will be responsible for all aspects of Production Process, ensuring manufacturing and production have the necessary materials and tools to carry out new project manufacturing effectively, comply with new onsite health & safety measures improve production efficiency, increase output, improve delivery and reduce waste. Listed below are some of the key experiences my client seeks:

  • Process working instructions
  • Worked to COSHH or any health and safety standards
  • Production/ manufacturing engineering experience

This is a challenging role that requires a hardworking, dynamic candidate that's extremely driven and wants to invest long-term into a company. The role also offers potential career progression. Previous mechanical engineering or automotive industry experience would be advantageous.
