As HR Specialist for Learning and Development, your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:

- Ensure high quality and timeliness of the Learning and Development processes and assigned tasks, such as: coordination of training logistics, managing participant lists and nominations, cooperation with external vendors;
- Close collaboration with the Center of Expertise and other internal stakeholders;
- Deliver best in class Learning and Development Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees, oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and execute Learning and Development Services according to the defined Service Level Agreements;
- Provide resolution to employees' queries;
- Input data and maintain data in the Learning and Development related systems;
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports related to Learning and Development processes;
- Recommend enhancements, improvements and simplification to existing processes and procedures based on own experience and feedback from customers.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- 1-3 years of experience in HR function;
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
- Proficiency in business English and Italian;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Customer service orientation;
- Proactive way of working with a strong "can do" attitude;
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Good organization and coordination skills;
- Ability to work in teams;
- Attention to details;
- Problem solving skills;
- Ability to manage relationship with different stakeholders.

In addition, the following would be preferable:

- Previous experience in HR Shared Services for a global company;
- Masters or postgraduate studies in HR;
- Exposure to SAP tools.
