Job Description
Position Overview

The engineering technician supports Engineers in troubleshooting electro-mechanical, time-sensitive issues during assembly and test.

• Assists in assembly and test procedure creation
• Assembles prototype hardware at various stages of development
• Adjusts, calibrates, aligns, and modifies circuitry and components and records effects on unit performance


• Writes technical reports and develops charts, graphs, and schematics to describe and illustrate system's operating characteristics, malfunctions, deviations from design specifications, and functional limitations
• Checks functioning of newly installed equipment to evaluate system performance under actual operating conditions
• Supports cross functional teams in a collaborative environment

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Associates degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
• FDA/ISO/Med Device
• 3+ years experience

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Lean Manufacturing
• Associates degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred
