Job Description
Travel Requirement: 30-50%
Location: Can be based in our Tarrytown, NY(preferred) ; Flanders, NJ; Newark, De)

Job description:
- Manage and oversee project implementation for assigned mega deals
• Leads project management (customer interaction, definition of schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource allocation management, internal and external reporting) for complex projects
- Generally NAM region
- Direct and provide guidance to local Project Manager and local team, develop and establish KPIs, guide and consult, perform project reviews to monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Provide guidance the Customer Service implementation group, HSC and RSC support groups, R&D and strategic partner, to successfully implement the assigned project, on time and budget

- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders in the organization on the progress of the project
- Oversight for project schedule and resource assignments, provide support to local team to receive required HQ support as required
- Develop responsibility management process for cross-functional team
- Develop scope management and customer acceptance criteria for project milestones, conduct customer project reviews
- In consultation with the country management, interview and approve assigned local project managers to guarantee appropriate skills for the project activities
- Perform lessons learned analysis, implement improvement measures and roll-out to the organization as required
- Collaborate with Product Managers to implement customized developments and innovations (identify project needs, describe functional and schedule requirements)

• Provides expert functional or business process leadership on complex projects
- mentors other project managers in full scope of responsibilities for complex projects
-Prior Project Management experience is required, preferably customer facing
- Prior Lab Diagnostics or Healthcare experience is desirable
