Job Description

Plan, organize and manage the local multi-physics system simulation Engineering Services business development. Active support to the sales operation:
-Building of market awareness through specific lead generation program.
-Interface between technical execution team and regions (Sales & pre-sales)
He or she will work in the Engineering Services business development team and will take ownership of the local multi-physics system simulation services order intake target.

Job Description:

The business development manager multi-physics system simulation. Services will be responsible for the following tasks:
•Planning and global market development actions
•Define a dedicated sales and marketing program with focus on major accounts, starting from ES order intake target for multi-physics system
simulation services, and execute the plan.
•Define and coordinate awareness and lead generation program with support of corporate go to market and marketing (including seminars,
presence at international conferences,  etc).
•Define 3Y and 1Y business plan for multi-physics system simulation Services, in agreement with ES management
•Anticipate market evolution, through regular survey and market intelligence (by the marketing team)
•Link with product division and local support teams to encourage capability selling


•3-5 years hands-on experience in system simulation and simulation software.
•Broad multi-physics knowledge (hydraulics,
thermal,electrical,mechanical) and the ability to translate technical questions and structure them into solutions for customers.

•Experience in technical support or sales preferred
•Automotive application knowledge in powertrain field.
•Systems modeling in aerospace & defense.
