Job Duties and Responsibilities:
You will assist engineers in supporting customers in the use of PLM Solutions software in our Global Technical Assistance Center ( GTAC). This is an area of the company where high level engineering professionals provide on-line and telephone assistance trouble shooting with PLM customers. In your role as a student co-op, you will follow a work plan designed to develop your professional and provide exposure to a broad range of duties and responsibilities. You will likely have proficient analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills and strong system administration troubleshooting and investigation skills. You might also have some exposure to product data management experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Thorough knowledge or interest in computer systems, i.e. application installation, use of e-mail and O/S experience is also recommended.

Minimum Requirements:
•You must be attending the University of Cincinnati.
•Minimum GPA of 3.0.
•You must be a US citizen or green card holder.
•Working towards a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.    
•Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills.   
Good proficient analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
•Dependable and detail oriented.  
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
•Working knowledge of Linux, Apache, Oracle, MSSQL, PHP and Perl is a plus, but not required.
•It is also helpful, but not required if you have some experience with HTML and HTML scripting language and knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java/J2EE.
